Our Products
What does red light therapy actually do? +
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light (typically 660nm and 850nm) to penetrate the skin and stimulate your cells. This helps reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, and speed up natural healing — without drugs or side effects. It's used for pain relief, skin health, and muscle recovery.
What's the difference between 660nm and 850nm light? +
660nm (red light) works closer to the skin surface — great for skin health, acne, and surface-level pain. 850nm (near-infrared) penetrates deeper into muscles, joints, and tissue — better for deep pain, inflammation, and recovery. Most of our devices combine both for maximum benefit.
How long does it take to feel results? +
Most customers notice a difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. For acute pain, some people feel relief after just a few sessions. For chronic conditions or skin goals, give it 4–8 weeks of regular use for best results. Consistency is key.
Are your devices safe to use at home? +
Yes. Our devices are designed specifically for safe home use. Red light therapy is non-invasive, drug-free, and has no known side effects when used as directed. Always follow the instructions included with your device, and avoid looking directly into the lights.
How often should I use my device? +
We recommend 10–20 minutes per session, once or twice daily. Avoid over-treating the same area more than twice a day. Most of our devices have built-in timers to make this easy.
Can I use red light therapy if I have a medical condition? +
If you are pregnant, have active cancer, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Red light therapy is generally safe, but your doctor can advise based on your specific situation.
Do the neuropathy compression socks really help with nerve pain? +
Yes — our neuropathy socks use graduated compression to improve blood flow to the feet and lower legs. This helps reduce tingling, numbness, and discomfort caused by neuropathy, diabetes, and poor circulation. Many customers also use them for plantar fasciitis and general foot fatigue.
Do your heating belts work for period pain? +
Absolutely. Heat therapy is one of the most effective natural remedies for menstrual cramps. Our heating belts wrap around the abdomen and apply consistent, targeted heat directly to the area — helping relax muscles and ease cramping fast. Many models also include vibration massage for extra relief.
